then obviously something about your private email address that is not acceptable to the forum email check
Sorry for the problem receiving the emails to your private address. What's the domain for the mailbox? I'll let the Community Manager know about the problem you're having when you confirm.
I have exactly the same issue. Tried for 24 hrs to get the confirmation email then found this post, changed it to a yahoo email and it worked instantly. My normal email domain is '@mail.com' which does not receive the emails. (I've checked spam etc.)
