Data protection

Trying unsuccessfully to use online form in Privacy to request information held by BT. I completed all necessary personal details etc pressed submit but nothing happened. Then I saw a message saying  

‘Hello we are testing this page in Cardiff staging’

No message to say don’t use this form or it’s out of order or if so when it’ll be working again. Can someone enlighten me?

ps. I’m aware I can call but I chose to apply online thinking it would be quicker and personally, more convenient

Hi @AuntAgnes007  welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you had trouble updating your marketing preferences last night. I've tested the Marketing Preferences form a few minutes ago and it submitted ok. Please try again and let me know how you get on.
