Disturbing Cold Calls

My elderly auntie has been receiving calls from bogus company saying there BT, and that her internet will be disconnected, I’ve told her just to hang up. Anyone else had these types of call, and what’s BT doing about it..

Re: Disturbing Cold Calls

Unfortunately BT do not know who calls your elderly auntie so they can not do much about callers who purport to be from BT or other companies such as Microsoft or a bank.

BT do however put out information that may assist people not become a victim of these calls.
