Engineer appointment

Earth broadband made me an engineer appointment with openreach for today from 7am until 1pm and the engineer ain't arrived...openreach even messaged me saying they would be here before 1pm too .....my children are sat with no Internet and ain't had any for over a week now.

Does openreach reach get come later than the times sometimes ? I've tried getting in touch with my service provider but no ones contacting me back or anything

this is a forum for BT Retail customers and there is no contact from this forum to openreach anymore than there is from your own ISP.  you need to persevere with your own ISP
