Ex-Employee needing proof of Internship

Hello,

I completed an industrial placement at the BT office in Belfast between September 2021 and August 2022. Further information regarding this has come up in a background check, and I need to provide proof of completion of this placement year, or my employee number.

Unfortunately, I can’t find information related to either and was hoping someone in the community could help resolve this issue quickly as I don’t wish for my start date to be postponed.

I tried the HR email which requires an EIN, which I don’t have available. I’m looking for either a certificate proving completion of this internship, or the employee number I had at the time, or preferably both.
