Please could anyone offer advice, seem to be going round in circles with BT and AIB merchant services about a failed pci scan.
Im honestly not a tech buff atall, and my knowledge is limited.
the pci scan has failed due to a port 7547 being open. Bt has assured me there are no ports open, and no idea what Aib are on about.
Ive found an old post on here from 2018/2021 saying this is the port allocated to smart hubs for BT to update software etc. and its not a security threat,
Is this still the same situation now as i need to confirm that this port cant communicate with the card machine that is on the business line.
