Faulty MK 3 phone socket

I have been told by BT today that I have a faulty MK3 Master socket. I need to replace. I cannot source a MK 3 socket to do this so what should I do? The Mk3 has 2 portals one above the other. One for the phone line and one above for the internet. The latest Mk5 only seems to have 1 portal. Confused.

Can anyone advise please?

Re: Faulty MK 3 phone socket

This is one alternative.

It fits in place of the MK3 filtered faceplate and would not involve any rewiring.

Re: Faulty MK 3 phone socket

Hi @lesjohnston20  and welcome.

Sorry you're having problems with the faulty socket. Both @Keith_Beddoe  and @imjolly have replied with great suggestions which should sort this for you. Can you get back to us and let us know when you get this sorted?

Cheers
