Heads up (possible hack)

Just had a call from an Indian women claiming to be from BT open reach, she asked if I had any internet issues then passed the call onto a male called "jerry".
He said my router was giving out fault codes and my speed had dropped dramatically the last few days..

I said my speed was above 50mbs which is where it's always been, I then decided too play along with his game..

He asked me to go to speed test.net to perform a speed test to which I replied, why shouldn't I use speedtestbt site?. He said it was very inaccurate..

Then he asked me to download teamviewer to remotely access my hub and fix my speed..

This is where I called BT to confirm the call and too talk to "jerry".. he obviously hung up..

I've made BT aware and giving you guys a heads up not to fool for this scam..
