I would like to pass on a compliment

Dear BT,

I have just got off the phone with one of your fantastic staff members. His name was Patrick and he was helping me with my broadband. 

He is very polite, well spoken, and patient. He is a valuable member of your company and so helpful. 

He deserves a raise! 

I hope this can be passed on to his team leader.

I'm sure the mods here will pass on your comments as they have always done.

Nice to hear when things go right which happens more often than peopls think as normally forums are used by people who have problems.

Hi Chris,

Yes I received a text and replied with the same message about Patrick. 

I just wasn't sure if this was an automated system where compliments get lost in the void... so I just wanted to make sure he received the praise he deserves.

Compliment

I would like to compliment a very helpful gentlemen  from Darlington who assisted me tonight with a query concerning my email. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.

He was extremely patient with me and spent a long time helping me with my query.

He was very good at explaining everything to me.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I wish the same could be said for the time I  waiting  to actually speak to someone!
