He is very polite, well spoken, and patient. He is a valuable member of your company and so helpful.

Yes I received a text and replied with the same message about Patrick.
I just wasn't sure if this was an automated system where compliments get lost in the void... so I just wanted to make sure he received the praise he deserves.
