My BT internet went down on Friday evening, 18th October, around 8.00 p.m. and did not return until mid morning on Saturday, 19th October. On telephoning the helpline all I got was a recorded message stating that "there is a major breakdown in your area" .
Sorry but if this was a major breakdown in your area then if openreach found and repaired this in less than 24 hrs I would say that was good service
