Every time I submit my request to chat it comes back telling me that my session has ended! Worked fine before today. Is the system down?
I can't see anything reported internally at the moment. Have you tried a different browser or device?

I have tried with both Safari and Firefox and the message only appears after the java animation that normally appears whilst the connection is made, which rather suggests it's a BT side problem.
I have now resolved my actual reason for contacting BT by using the old telephone and talking (how quaint)!
Thanks for checking, though. I usually find live chat works extremely well, so was very disappointed it's not working today.
Fingers crossed for the next time I need it.
