Message from 'Customer Service'

Received an email from 34826287@renew-account-information.com saying my package details were due to change from 23rd December and I needed to login to MyBT to amend my details or my account would be suspended.  Have logged in securely via another machine (not via the link in the email) and there is nothing to say my package is changing, so assume this to be a spam.  

Anyone else got this one?

certainly spam - never heard BT send anything like that

Apart from the fact that BT would not send you an email asking you to amend details of your account, the email address that you have said that it came from is not in any way shape or form a BT one.
