Missing emails

Missing a period of 2 weeks of emails from April. Not showing any emails for 2 week period in any folders. Sure these were not permanently deleted. Any help much appreciated.

So just to confirm, you've checked your deleted email folder and your junk folders?

Hello, yes checked both of those
