My outgoing emails blocked by

Hi All, my BTconnect email account has been blocked and I can no longer send outgoing mail from my account.  I recieve the following message :-   (clearly someone else is using my account as i have no idwea who "melissaqcutie" is..     can anyone help me please

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
melissaqcutie@gmail.com
Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send messages outside of your organization. Contact your email admin for assistance.

If you are using a BT Connect email account it would appear that you are a business user. This is a BT Residential forum and the moderators can not assist with business accounts.

If you post on the business forum you may get some assistance there.
