NOWTV billing

Way back in 2020 I signed up to BT with a NOWTV offer included.

I've since found out that after leaving BT that the NOWTV account has still been charging me.

Should BT have cancelled the NOWTV offer part of my bundle when I left BT 2 years ago? 

Am I eligible for a refund of the now tv charges since I left BT?

@JR5H44  It would be interesting to know what your original NowTV offer was. I remember when I joined BT, I had a Britbox ‘offer’ which consisted of a 6 month ‘free’ trial at the end of which I either cancelled it (my responsibility) or I let it run and I would be billed by Britbox.

If what you had was a free trial and you simply forgot about it, you will undoubtedly have been responsible for the continued payment and I therefore doubt you would be refunded.

How have you only just discovered you’ve been paying all this time?
