All this "they are separate companies" from the usual suspects........lol, yes , you have to laugh when BT "employees" can be BT to one caller and then EE "employees" to that same caller when they are trying to move you to EE Broadband.

The OP has done the wrong thing & setup a new account with EE direct not through BT. Both me & my mother have switched to EE (co-incidentally with absoluteley zero isssues despite all the scaremongering don't do it posts on here) If you do it via BT it does it in a matter of 2-3 days & doesn't send out the WLT process info so the OP is actually complaining about something caused by them themselves not doing it the correct way!
