Not really a complaint but an observation

My Infinity 1 self install was due today. The info says we will contact you by email when it is up and running. The engineer came to the cabinet at about 9.00 (I saw him as the cab is only 20 yards away). The HH4 started flashing orange but wouldn't turn to blue so no internet which is understandable. I set up the HH5 and set it off and it finally turned blue at about 11.45 ish. I logged on and checked my mail and there was one from BT at11.36 saying your infinity is ready.

The query is.... how do you know when its ready if you cant access mails until internet is up and running again?  when you know its ready anyway.  lol

Check your mail using your mobile phone.

A valid point as not all BT customers will have linked their email to their mobiles and as you say feedback and not a complaint. There is another board on the forum for ideas so i suggest you repost your point there.
