Now Tv email

I have given BT an email to set up now tv which I previously used on sky and cannot access other devices. Can you contact me to change the email address to one not used on sky in order to rectify the problem

Sorry for the problems you're having activating Now TV due to the mix up with your email address.  This isn't something the Community is going to be able to help with so you can get in touch and we'll give you a hand.
