Private Messaging

I've been having BT Cloud issues and felt it was almost resolved thanks to DanielS, a moderator, and our messages on here. However I log on today to see if there were any developments and don't have access to Private Messaging? There's no envelope icon to click on even. What can I do?

Tried online chat but got next to no help

are you logged into the forum as that would normally give you access to envelope and previous messages

You must be logged on to post a message so that would not be the problem.

Have you tried logging off and back on or tried a different browser to see if that may be the problem.

Yes, I've logged on and off several times with no change. I've tried using Microsoft Edge rather than Chrome but no different. I've also logged in using Safari on my iPhone but still the same issue.

It almost looks like my Private Messaging facility has been diabled but if it has I don't know why or how I can get it back.

Thanks, I didn't actually get that far as next time I logged in it had miraculously reappeared.
