On Sunday 7th December Amanda in Cardiff spent over an hour helping me resolve a problem with my Dad's broadband. She was exceptionally helpful, endlessly patient and determined to get to the cause of the problem and I can't thank her enough for her time or praise her exceptional customer service highly enough.
