Traffic to BT being redirected away from BT by a software product

As per the title.  Product is making periodic updates  to a configuration element of the system it has no business doing. The consequence is that traffic to one your servers gets redirected to a server belonging to the product. This is done such a way that you (BT) cannot see it happening. I have established the fact pattern.

I do not wish to publish the details into the wild and I am certain that you (BT) do not wish that either.

This is not a usability/general query/comment Is there a capable support/technical desk/ that I can email the details to ?

Thanks. As this a security issue that looks consequential the details need to go straight to the relevant team, I am sure you understand. I just need the direct path to the relevant team identified to me/established.
