User Name

How is it that BT Community can change my user name without my knowing? Can I change it? i.e. back to what it was before?

Hi @PGThompson, we haven't changed your username. Have you registered on the community more than once?

Probably, but that would have been with my e-mail address and initials ans surname, This was not available as I cannot get a password. My current user name is not one I invented.  I would never use such and could therefore not remember it.

I have found private messages. =PM . But not a reply button, until after I had written this . I thought I had already expressed a preference for pgthompson ot pgthompson1. I think I am getting the hang of this system now.
