Payel has just helped me on a web chat.

Unlike so many previous encounters on web chat, Payel actually read and understood what I was saying. He was helpful and didn't assume that I was completely ignorant of how my system works and idiotic into the bargain.

As well as sorting my problem he was able to sort out an issue with the impenetrable website telling me there was an error and I should try again later whenever I tried to update my account profile at BT's request.

He also sorted out a problem with an online network test completing with no information about an error but a message about having an open order. (I had not placed any order.) He did the test from his end and sent me a link to the report page that actually worked after he'd fixed the "open order" nonsense. Well done Payel; an example to others.

Restored my faith in BT and EE

Sam, Sales Department, Lancaster - please pass on this name to his manager. He worked with me through a complex enquiry, understanding my concerns, providing me with details, explaining technical details and behaving politely throughout. I took a LONG time today and I am sure his manager is a bit cross, but I woke up this morning ready to leave BT and have, instead, stayed for 24 more months. He completely understood my autistic daughter's needs and was able to do what I needed. Staff like Sam make it worth staying - so I hope you hang on to him as an exemplary employee.

How to leave positive feedback

I recently had an ongoing issue with my broadband and had called many times to resolve this but it had all been a waste of time until today..  I contacted via the messaging service for a bill payment issues and had the most incredible advisor. I would like to make sure that he gets the recognition he deserves from his management team.
