Can BT please make it a bit more difficult to tell customers about how to tell BT they are getting more and more automated spam. Contact Us is a joke, registration for this community is nonsense especially if you are an elderly partially sighted person who cannot see the captcha pictures let alone the bicycyles or whatever needs to be chosen. I've got nothing else to do except waste my time. Who needs a landline anymore? Who needs their TV or broadband anymore? I'm better off with a mobile phone. If you cannot put an email address on the contact page, don't bother to have the page. And for this nonservice I pay.
