Re: 0844 numbers

Hello and welcome.

I was not missold my anytime calls package as it clearly states

01. 02. 03. 0845. 0870. numbers are included, channel islands are

not included. Do you have online billing if so you can view all your calls and price (or not) of them, on my BT

I have to agree with Patty-L, I knew that 0844 numbers were not on the free list.

A lot of the 0844 numbers are used by Doctors surgeries/ health practise's. If this is the case complain to them.

Re: 0844 numbers

I took  a BT plan All time free calls and I was charged a maximum for calls to a 0844 numbers, BT is another mob of gangsters and LIARS in such need of little money they are able to ANYTHING to STEAL your money and ignore you after.

Hi, what you say doesn't make sense.

0844 calls are not included as free in BT packages.

I agree with Stew. Having customers who don't read doesn't make BT thieves or liars.

Re: 0844 numbers

Complain to the companies/ Surgery's and any other user of the 0844 numbers, or better still write a letter to these companies and don't put a stamp on it.Smiley Very Happy
