10 days late still not active

Still waiting to get connected to the main hub got internet via the little EE hub anyone have any help or ideas on why please

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150 for an update on your order, or login to your MyBT account to track progress.
