I recently ordered the Fibre 1 broadband package that offered £100 reward card and like some others, it still hasn't shown up on my account.
The package was ordered Wednesday 11th November 2020 and went active Friday 4th December 2020 Account ending *132.
Would it be possible for someone to look into this.
