Hi, I’ve been trying since 10:30 am yesterday to claim this reward card, every time I click the link I get a message saying ‘ error ! Please try again after some time, I’ve looked through the post to do with this same problem and I still can’t access it, could some please help me
Hi @Char30, thanks for posting back. You should be able to claim the reward card once your order is completed through your online account.
If your service is active for longer than the 14 day cooling-off period, and you still can't claim it post back and we'll be able to get this manually ordered for you.
