I am hoping someone can help. In my bill this month I have been charged £4.00 for 2 call to 118507. This is the second time in about 6 months this has happened. I have just spent the last hour queing and speaking to customer services to no avail. They will not accept that the calls were not made by me. I never use directory enquiries, if I need a number I just look it up online and there is no one else in the house during the daytime.
I am absolutely furious. Their only solution was to block directory enquiry numbers which I was happy for them to do but then was told I would be charged for this facility.
Has this happened to anyone else? I would appreciate any advice.
