I set up my BT broadband deal via a switch service in November but am still waiting for the £120 M&S voucher. Any help with this?
Sorry for late reply, i raised the query with the complaints team and was hoping it would be handled but have just had the complaint closed with no voucher.
I will fill the form you sent out and see if I hear back again as haven't done that one yet.
This is the one for that date period, but its too late to claim now.
All affiliate partners (£80) – for orders of BT Superfast Fibre or Superfast Fibre 2 packages between 1st November – 7th November – Claim by 1st February 2020
Hopefully not as I submitted a claim form as soon as I opened the account (november 19), left if 45 days submitted a complaints form in jan 2020 so this is technically the third time I have tried to claim it.
I though you said you had not yet filled out the form? The only valid claim form is the one I posted a link to.
