I made a claim to receive my £120 M&S voucher online (using https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/) after buying the broadband package online. It's been over 45 days, who can I contact about to chase this up?
What date did you place your order?
My service started on the 15th of November (2019) and I filled in the form for my voucher on the 28th of November.

It the date that you actually placed the online order that matters, which is why I asked.
Please could you specify that date. Thanks.
I placed the order on the 4th of November.

So would it be this promotion?
Broadband Choices, MoneySupermarket and their partners (£120) – for orders of BT Superfast Fibre or Superfast Fibre 2 packages between 1st November – 7th November – Claim by 1st February 2020
And you used your AJM order reference when you filled in the claim form as explained on the claim page?
"Once you've ordered a package on BT.com, you should receive two order confirmation emails. The email titled "Your BT.com order confirmation" will contain your BT.com order reference which is 12 characters long and will be a mix of letters and numbers. "
Yes, that's correct promotion and I filled out the form with my order reference starting with 'AGM' which I received in my emails.

I assume you mean AJM.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Yes, that is what I meant, and thank you.
Hi @jjjzhen04 and welcome.
I'm sorry you haven't received the reward card yet. I'll look into this for you. I've sent you a private message explaining how you can contact the forum moderation team. Just drop me over a reply with the details and we’ll check it out.
Cheers
