14 day cooling period, how long should it take?

Upgraded to fibre 2 but keep getting dropouts so cancelled within the 14 day cooling period so I can go back to fibre 1, it’s now been 7 days since that phone call (weekends included) and still haven’t been reverted back to old fibre package. 

How long should this take? As upgrading takes a day maybe 2 but cancelling takes ages by the looks of it.
