I have no idea what other help you expect other customers to give you. There is nothing they can do directly except give you information and point you in the right direction which they have already done.

This is just a customer to customer forum to provide advice, not direct action which is  clearly impossible.

As has already been pointed out, there is nothing that any forum member can do to help you. You have been given information and there is nothing further that forum members can do and as you are now repeating your self you are indeed going round in circles and the thread should be locked!
