Following some recent password issues with my BT account I have ended up with 2 BT IDs. One for my email and one for the overall account and billing. How can I merge these back to a single BT ID aligned with my email account.
Hi @john-martin, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Can you check what role your BT ID has for the email account as my understanding you want that one to be the account holders so you can manage the billing etc.
To check which role is attached to your BT ID, please follow the steps below:
If the BT ID for your email is listed as the account manager you can change this to the account holder by followung these stepes
