Hi ive had 2-3 weeks from work recently due to covid19 

im back in work now

but due to being off i didnt recieve enough income to cover the bill for this month.

is it possible to extend my bill by 14 days 

and full payment can be made  within next 14 days.

ive tried calling and live chat and cannot get through on either

BT are not restricting services or disconnecting people for payment issues until June. This only applies to bills issued after 20th March 2020.

Just make payment whenever you are able.

i will pay full amount within 14 days 

thats pretty decent of bt too.

@Keith_Beddoe  hi ive just recieved an email to say if not paid by 13th may my services will be restricted this is for a bill dated April.

i dont understand it if bt are not restricting services at the moment.

can anybody help please.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

It would be quicker to ring 0800 800 150 and select billing.
