Hi all, new to the forum & BT so please be kind! So recently I should of had my BT broadband turned on but the engineer didn’t come and didn’t active it from primary connection point which didn’t need any access to the home. Also I have called and been in live chats multiple times without any help. So if anyone could help me like a moderator or anyone else it would be appreciated as I need help to deal with this situation.

If your order is Fibre to the Home, get in touch with the dedicated FTTP team on 0800 587 4787.
For all other broadband order types, the general Contact Us number should be the go to.
@thomasglazebrookIf the recent order is for FTTP then there will be no install before March unless certain conditions are met.
a) No Openreach product at present.
b) A speed currently of less thasn 30Mbps.
As regards FTTC @Yasmin could you post the result from the DSLChecker. If you are not currently a BT customer use the address checker in place of your phone number.
