Today marks the 3rd activation date that BT have given me, and yet still no internet. I have been on the phone countless times to people who all say different things. I was on the phone again last night only to be fobbed off with you have to wait until midnight. Currently have a blue light on my hub (yay) but not able to connect to the hub via WiFi as it doesn’t even come up as an option on my WiFi list. Tried 2 phones and a laptop. No one seems competent in what they are talking about and all pass the blame onto another department. We will now be 3 weeks without any internet!

@Lmcmur I'm really sorry about the problem with your Internet, if the Hub light is blue it would normally indicate that the connection has already been activated. If you could try those checks @Keith_Beddoe has mentioned and post back it will help us to understand the issue better. Also do you know if your line can make and receive calls ok?
