Every month BT keep pushing back my appointment. I was told October 2022 I would have broadband in 2 weeks. Complained got appointment on 20 November 2022. Then excuse after excuse 😒. Made complain after complain last appointment on 20 Dec 2022. I waited no phone call no engineer then I called them. " oh the engineer had an emergency" appointment reschedule to 30 January 2023. On the Bt website it says we pay you in credit 5 pounds a day compensation until we install your broadband. Well now I have a felling they just want play around until I cancell so they can save their compensation pay out. Thank you BT
