I purchased a BT broadband bundle which was eligible for the £50 cashback cheque on the 21st of October and it was installed and activated on the 27th October. After that, I claimed the £50 cashback reward but didn't receieve anything. I contacted BT Live Chat last month and the person I spoke to said they had forwarded it on to be chased up but I never heard anything back
