Hi Please Help.
I placed an order on 24/10/17 for BT infinity package. The link was via Moneysaving expert. It stated that if you go vie the broadbandchoices link you will get an £120 reward card and £50 cashback check from BT. This link took you straight to BT website.
Once the order was placed you had to wait a couple of weeks after connection, to be able to claim the reward/cashback,
Which I did.
A few weeks later I had the reward card but no Cheque.
I also placed an order for a sim only plan, on the 27/10/17, which offered an £80 amazon voucher. This hasn't arrived also.
I contacted the chat room but they just said they have put a message on my account, and to make further enquiries.
Please would some one get to the bottom of this. BT seem to make this very difficult as its plastered all over the web.

Just to let you know, out of the blue, some Amazon vouchers turned up today. Unfortunately it's the wrong amount. The 6GB sim only contract I took out was for £80 Amazon voucher.
I've just received £25.
Not sure if this was down to what your chasing up, or if it's someone else's doing.
@DarP Thanks for posting, sorry about that. I haven't heard back from the vouchers team yet so don't think that arrived due to us chasing. I'll email them to let them know the incorrect amount has been sent.
