I ordered the black friday deal via cable.co.uk which included the £125 reward card plus an additional £50 cheque.

Despite waiting the 45 days, I have yet to receive it. I called the customer support number earlier and was told I was mistaken about the £50 cheque which is very frustrating.
I see other people have experienced issues with claiming this £50 cheque too:
Can someone please help me? The broadband product has been great so far but the support if you have an issue is appaling, far worse than Plusnet who I was with before. I've wasted so much time trying to claim this £50 cheque and it's just not been worth the time invested.
