Hi @bartoszstoltmann Sorry you have not received your cashback cheque yet.
It does have to be claimed separate to the reward card. Have you submitted a claim at: https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/cashback and if so how long ago was this? Post back and let me know.

As confirmed, your order promotion contained a £150 reward card and £80 Quidco cash back. I am pleased that you've received both.
Your order didn't contain the £50 cash back cheque. I've closed things off from here too as agreed.
