Is it me? I cannot believe how much hassle a cash back offer is capable of generating. Will I give up? Not a chance. Any help gratefully received.
Order No VOL13-********** was placed on 16th February '18, we should have been connected on 2nd March but due to a part shortage it was delayed until 12th March, I claimed the reward card and the cheque on 19th March using the link in your email, the card arrrived a few weeks later but no sign of the cheque.
