500 Anytime Billing Fault

I'm on the above system & am well within the target usage.

But looking at the details it says I have a £0.65 charge for one "Other Calls"

Investigating i find it's a 0345 number & in the call listing it's shown as £0.00

So why is the Header information stating cost of £0.65?

It's only a small amount of money but are others being overcharged?

How do I arrange correction/investigation?

Hi @Johnoo as it is £0.65 by any chance did anyone use the Ring Back service as that's the cost of a one-off and would be listed in other calls?

No, the ring back service was not used.

Also the charge of £0.65 is within the Header information & not against the call number.

So what should I do?

Hi @Johnoo, have you been billed for this charge yet or is it showing on your unbilled usage online? If it's on the unbilled usage check once the bill is produced and if it's not clear what the charge is let us know and we'll be happy to help. If you have already been billed just let me know.
