£65 charge

i am leaving bt due to the price increase ,before my contract ends . I can leave with no penalty because of them. However i am told i have to pay £65 for my hub that i recieved when my service started !  Is this right ? any help please ..

The cost of the hub is built into the package cost over the length of the contract. Because you are leaving the contract early I believe you need to either pay for the Homehub or give it back along with any other equipment BT supplied.

BT have also sent me a Bill for £65 for a Home Hub 5 I returned. They also sent a Bill for £55 for the previous Home Hub 4 I returned.

So that is £120 for equipment I am not using. I never asked for the Home Hub 4. BT said it was an Upgrade ? I never asked for the Home Hub 5 but BT said it was for BT Infinity 2 , which they never provided.
