Ordered the BT Broadband package on the Black Friday deal on 25 November and went live on 10 December 2018.
Sent in my M&S voucher request via the broadbandbenefits.co.uk link, quoting my AJM reference number, but have not received the voucher, although I have received my Mastercard rewards card.
It's been over 45 days. Can anyone help me with this, please?

It normally takes them around 48 hours to get back to me. As soon as I have an update, I'll post back.
