£70 M&S voucher still haven't received

Hi can someone look into why i haven't received my £70 M&S voucher, its been over the 45 days they now request . Yet i still haven't received it.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @sjhsystems I checked with the promotions team and your claim was submitted on 26 December. As it is still within the 45 days delivery estimate they cannot chase until the 45 days passes. You should receive the voucher by the 10th February and I'll keep your case open until then to allow you time to receive it. If it has not been received by the 10th let me know and I'll go back and get them to chase it then for you.

Voucher still isn't here, so feel free to chase it for me.

I appreciate its still the 9th, but tomorrow is sunday and i've already had my post today.

Hi @sjhsystems the promotions team have got back to me and they have had to arrange a replacement voucher to be sent to you. This can take up to 45 days to arrive and sorry but we can't speed the delivery up.
