I have just ordered Halo and have a couple of quick questions.
1/ Do you need to cancel your old BT FTTC contract or is that done automatically ?
2/ Does your existing landline number move over ?
3/ My install time line included BT TV installation, I can not find anything mentioned in the Halo
pages that BT TV is included.
@leaky55 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I hope I can answer these for you. You don't have to cancel your existing contract that will be done as part of the upgrade order to Halo and your number will remain the same. The Halo service is part of your broadband plan and not the TV so it won't mention the TV end of things on the Halo pages.
