A couple of questions re Halo

I have just ordered Halo and have a couple of quick questions.

1/ Do you need to cancel your old BT FTTC contract or is that done automatically ?

2/ Does your existing landline number move over ?

3/ My install time line included BT TV installation, I can not find anything mentioned in the Halo

pages that BT TV is included.

@leaky55 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I hope I can answer these for you. You don't have to cancel your existing contract that will be done as part of the upgrade order to Halo and your number will remain the same. The Halo service is part of your broadband plan and not the TV so it won't mention the TV end of things on the Halo pages.

I am confused why it mentioned TV, I have not had it before, the Halo pages do not mention it, yet the order timeline includes TV installation

@leaky55 if you check your order details in MyBT does it mention BT TV? The TV install is only applicable if you've chosen a TV plan and have opted to have it installed by a technician.
